Options Trade – Intel Corp (INTC)

Second trade of the day after a long Hiatus – same as Verizon, Intel Corp (INTC) is just too cheap (but will probably get cheaper 😉

Here is the trade:

• Sold: 10 Jan 27, 2023 Puts
• Strike Price: $24.00
• Premium Collected: $503.37

If I am forced to buy the 1000 shares, my entry price will be about $23.50 per share – over a 48% discount to INTC’s Morningstar Fair Value of $45.00 per share – providing a very comfortable Margin of Safety.  INTC’s dividend is currently 5.38% – which works for me. If I am forced to buy the shares, I can sell calls on those shares and still collect the large quarterly dividend paid in February 2023.
