Book Review – The 52 Week Low Formula by Luke L. Wiley

My Amazon Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars

I have been hesitant to review this book – since it is one that I actively use for finding Stock ideas on a daily basis – and it has made me a lot of money.  With that said – I am trying to tie many of the different parts of my Blog together, and this book explains the logic behind the screen results I post every Wednesday.  In the book, Mr. Wiley lays out a series of 5 filters to help investors select a portfolio of common stocks.

The 5 filters are:

  1. Durable competitive advantage.
  2. Free cash flow yield.
  3. ROIC.
  4. Interest coverage.
  5. Proximity of price to the stock’s 52 week low.

Note: my screen adds more filters, but I started with this book – highly recommended.
