The first edition of this book changed the way I think about stocks – I can’t bring myself to buy individual stocks that don’t pay a decent dividend. This book will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the investment logic and methodology to build a solid income producing retirement portfolio. A great resource for building a profitable retirement strategy over the long term with conservative risk management along with easy execution and maintenance.
